I had considered a long-term lease because of the great location, but the experience was unpleasant; I was told that if I didn't have the unit inspected mid-stay, the hot water might stop working. Although I postponed the inspection until after I checked out, the possibility of losing hot water during the remainder of my stay left me feeling uneasy.
