This family-friendly space can accommodate up to 6 people, and there is free parking on the first floor of the building. The room is also spacious, making it suitable for storing luggage. For a pleasant environment, we use CESCO services. It consists of a living room/kitchen, 2 rooms (3 queen beds), and 1 bathroom.
Located in the heart of Seoul, it is convenient to move around. * 5-8 minutes on foot from Exit 2 of Namseong Station on Line 7 * 1km from Isu Station on Line 7 and Line 4 * 1.6km from Sadang Station on Line 2 and Line 4 * National Museum of Korea: about 15 minutes * Hongdae, Myeongdong, Seongsu, etc.: about 30 minutes * Gimpo Airport: about 40 minutes * Incheon Airport (Bus 6019): about 50 minutes (Travel time varies depending on traffic conditions.)
* Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM * Check-in is contactless (in-person check-in is available upon request). Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. * A CCTV camera is installed outside the entrance of the accommodation for security and to monitor the number of guests.
Located in a residential area. * Please refrain from excessive drinking and loud noises. * No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). * If caught smoking, you will be immediately evicted and fined 300,000 won. * Pets are not allowed. * Please turn off the air conditioner/heater when you go out (risk of fire). * Cooking food that produces a lot of smoke and odor is not allowed. (Please use the range hood when cooking). * Please only dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. (Do not dispose of wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.). * One standard garbage bag is provided. (If you need more, please purchase them at a nearby supermarket or convenience store). * Seasonings are not provided. * As this is not a lodging establishment, bedding, pillows, towels, and personal hygiene items (toilet paper and shower supplies) are not provided. * If you need bedding, please inquire separately (additional cost will be incurred).
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - However, if you use excessive electricity and gas, additional costs may be incurred upon check-out.
The building is a bit old, so there was a sewer smell. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is available, which is good.
