-Within a 3-minute walk from the Gwanggyo Village 40 Complex bus stop -Three bus stops from Sanghyeon Station on the Shinbundang Line -The stop is right before the Gwanggyo Depot, making public transportation very convenient for buses going to Seoul, as well as to Suwon and Suji.
- We will notify you by text message once the contract is confirmed. - One of the three rooms is a dining room, so there are two bedrooms.
- Welcome to those who are tired of noise between floors and those who are tired of getting angry at their children for running around. - Those who are curious about country houses are welcome. - It is surrounded by Gwanggyo Lake Park, forests, and parks, making it a great place for walks. - A place where you can sit on the sofa, read a book quietly, and smell the mountain air. - A place where you can enjoy movies with theater-like sound in the living room. - A small library and cafe street are nearby. - Barbecue parties are possible, which are difficult to do in a regular home. (Loud singing, drinking, and dancing late at night are strictly prohibited, but wine is okay.)
- Electricity and gas are charged according to usage. - A security system usage fee may be added. - Internet and cable TV are provided as standard.
We stayed here with our family for a month, and the place was so well-equipped with everything from tableware to appliances that we were truly comfortable throughout our stay. The entire process—from booking to check-in and check-out—was simple and convenient, making for a very satisfying experience for the whole family. We especially appreciated being able to stay with our dog.
