This is a bright and airy home composed of white and wood. It consists of 3 rooms, and everything is prepared for 2-4 people to stay comfortably. The house has double-glazed windows for insulation, and two built-in wardrobes, a spacious shoe cabinet, and a storage cabinet make it easy to store luggage. A washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, induction cooktop, pots, and pans are all provided, so you can maintain a comfortable life during your stay.
It is a 10-minute walk from Seohyeon Station and is located right in the middle of Sibeom Woosung, Hyundai, Hanyang, and Samsung. The village bus stop is close, and there is a direct bus stop to Seoul within a 10-minute walk, making life convenient. It is located in a residential complex in a school district, making it a safe and convenient location.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
You can park as many cars as you like. We do not keep track of the number of cars.
The management fee for the 50-pyeong officetel is a bit expensive, but it's a central heating system. In summer, the air conditioner and in winter, the heating are all included in the price, so you can use them without any burden.
