The wallpaper has been replaced, and the unit has been professionally cleaned. For your convenience, Kakao Sangyeok is equipped with: 2 towels, shampoo, conditioner, 1 disposable toothbrush, 1 disposable toothpaste, 1 disposable soap, toilet paper, bathroom slippers, and an electric heating pad. Please note that disposable items are provided only once upon check-in.
There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. It is close to Kyungpook National University, Bokhyeon Five-way Intersection, the Indoor Gymnasium, Chilseong Market, and Sincheon-daero.
Check-in is contactless. The rate is based on single occupancy. Please note that indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. A cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged if these rules are violated. (This includes cases where the room is excessively dirty and requires professional cleaning services.) Please be aware that if smoking occurs during a stay of one month or longer, an additional 200,000 KRW will be charged for wallpaper replacement.
Please note that you may be held liable for damages if furniture, appliances, or other items are damaged or soiled. P.S. If there are any issues regarding cleanliness, furniture, or appliances upon move-in, please take photos and send them to us for our records.
Items included in the management fee (water, electricity, gas, internet): Excessive use of these included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left in a very dirty condition upon check-out.
I had a pleasant stay. It was good, aside from the parking being a bit inconvenient.
It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the room was clean; the air conditioning and hot water worked well, making it a great place to wash up and sleep. However, parking was a bit difficult—even though it was available—and the bed was slightly small, which was a bit of a shame.
