The second floor of the photo studio has a cozy, clean room and a beach promenade right in front! It has a wonderful rooftop! There are restaurants in Gunsan nearby! And nearby tourist attractions (Modern History Museum, Hirotsu House, Lee Sung Dang, etc. are within a 5-minute walk). Seocheon, Saemangeum Seawall, Sinsido, etc. are within an hour. The second floor of the photo studio is in a good location for traveling to Ganggyeong, Iksan, Gimje, Buan, Jeonju, and Seocheon.

Check-in is contactless. After signing the contract, we will inform you of the usage method via text message. Smoking is prohibited indoors. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the room. The rooftop is a shared space (photo studio shooting space). When using the rooftop, please return items to their original places and dispose of trash. Up to 3 guests are allowed.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
Even though I stayed here briefly for work, it will remain a truly warm and pleasant memory. I especially enjoyed the relaxing moments on the rooftop—having a beer in the cool breeze after work and the casual barbecue. Thank you also for the small gift when I left. Wishing you continued success!

The feeling as soon as I opened the door was that it was exactly the same as the picture! It was cozy, and I could feel that they paid attention to every single prop. The electronics, bedding, towels, etc. were really clean and fluffy 👍 The room was great, but I especially liked the rooftop~ The owner was also very, very kind. It's a place I want to visit again ❤️
