This is a fully furnished studio apartment that opened in September 2025. The room has a bathroom and shower, as well as a large double-glazed window over 1m wide. It also features a storage bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe (Full-Furnished System), and is equipped with an LG washer/dryer combo, a two-door refrigerator, a microwave, individual air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
It is located a 4-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nakseongdae Station on Line 2.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The room was very clean, and the washing machine with a drying function was convenient to use. Although I could feel that the walls were thin, the residents were all quiet, so it wasn't bothersome. The water pressure seemed to weaken when others used it, but it was generally strong. Overall, it was great, and I had a good stay.
It's clean because it's newly built, so the room condition is good! I lived in Nakseongdae for 7 years, then moved to another area. This Lunar New Year, I came back to Nakseongdae and found this place! It's good value for money! The heating was also great, so I slept well. I had a good week here, thank you very much. ⚠️However, since it's not a hotel, the bedding and pillows are used, and you need to bring your own personal items such as toilet paper, towels, water, and a hairdryer! 🈲 1. No parking 2. The partition wall between rooms is very thin, so talking or making calls in the room is absolutely not allowed! Do not run the washing machine late at night!! Please refer to this if you are staying for a short term. I will use it again if I have a long-term business trip next time^^
