(Hongje Station Harrington Place) It is the top floor of the front building, so the view is good and it is quiet. It is a studio apartment in a separated unit. The CU Hongje Central branch is located right in front of the accommodation on the west side. Parking is available. You can enter by saying you're going to the CU Hongje Central branch at the west gate management office. If you take the ground-level elevator in the playground behind the apartment, you'll find the Green Mart (open 24 hours). (It connects to the apartment basement / just follow the back door down). You can buy milk or simple groceries there. Have a pleasant trip. Netflix, YouTube, and Coupang Play are all available. ~~^^
Utilities, gas, and internet costs are included in the management fee. We recommend using public transportation. It is a super station area of Hongje Station on Line 3 and there are many bus routes on Tongil-ro. Parking is free for 5 days, and after that, it is 10,000 won per day, with a monthly maximum of 200,000 won. (There are difficulties in registering personal vehicles. ㅠㅠ)
