*Move-in is done via non-face-to-face transaction. *Very clean. Parking registration is possible (please inquire). *Air purifier, water purifier, bidet, humidifier, electric blanket, microwave, induction cooktop, air fryer, hair dryer, cordless vacuum cleaner, Google Smart 43-inch TV, electric kettle. *It's a very quiet neighborhood, and there's no car noise. *There are two elevators, each with 5 cars. *This is the first short-term rental, so almost everything is clean. *I'm nearby, so I can immediately fix any inconveniences.
• No smoking indoors (100% of the deposit will be deducted if caught, as the smell will not come out of the bedding and pillows) • The bedding is from a department store and is made of 60-count cotton, so it's very soft and nice. • No pets allowed ❌️ • Standard occupancy is 2 adults (please inquire if bringing children) (Based on 2 people, with a Sensmom mattress) • This is a quiet neighborhood, so please be mindful of noise and inter-floor disturbances. • Recycling and food waste disposal are available on the 1st floor daily. • Cleaning is free, but please leave the place clean upon departure (if you cannot, an additional 50,000 won will be charged). • Parking is available for 1 vehicle, free of charge (please consult with me in advance). • Please make sure to check the air conditioner and boiler when you go out. • Absolutely do not put trash in the toilet and flush. • This is a clean house, so please take good care of it and use it nicely. • We will help you have a comfortable and safe trip.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse the air conditioner or boiler, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
