This is the first occupancy following a recent renovation. It is a rooftop unit, and the bathroom does not allow for standing while showering.
It is a 4-minute walk from Exits 1 and 2 of Nakseongdae Station.
The move-in process is contactless.
Charges not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. The maximum occupancy is one person. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
The location is excellent, and the place was nice and warm during the winter. There is a dryer on the ground floor, a coin laundry in the building right next door, and a convenience store and café just a two-minute walk away. Additionally, markets, restaurants, Daiso, and Nakseongdae Station are all within a 10- to 15-minute walk. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to reach the Seoul National University College of Engineering. The location is fantastic for the price, and the landlord was kind and quick to respond, making for a pleasant stay.
It's clean after the renovation. I had a great stay.
