This is a space for one person only. (More than 2 people are not allowed) This is the first occupancy after the recent remodeling.
It's a 4-minute walk from Nakseongdae Station Exit 2.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out. The maximum occupancy is 1 person. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
The room size was perfect for one person, and I really appreciated the powerful air conditioning and the clean bathroom. However, there was an odor coming from the sink area rather than the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to adjust for the first few days.

The landlord is kind and accommodates any requests. The place is neat and tidy, and I had a great stay for the month.

It’s clean, the location is great, and it even comes with a vacuum—everything is really nice—but there’s a terrible sewer-like smell. :( I even bought a highly effective "Nature's Air Sponge" from Coupang to put in there, but the odor just won't go away... I have no idea where it's coming from. Still, I was so busy with my internship that I didn't really have time to dwell on the smell, so it was a good place to stay for two weeks. Plus, the landlord was quick to respond!
I will provide you with a wonderful penthouse to use as your own home.
