Recently remodeled. It can be used by up to 3 people, based on 2 people. It is ideal for 1 or 2 people. There is 1 large room (queen-size bed) and 1 small room that can be used as a living room or bedroom (sofa bed). It is a rooftop, so you can use the cool terrace. You can use the washer and dryer. It is fully equipped with a bed, TV, and internet.
Mangwon Station is 5 minutes away, and Mapo-gu Office Station is 6 minutes away. There is a bus stop right outside the alley, making it convenient to travel to major areas of Seoul. Hongdae and Hapjeong are nearby, and it is convenient to go to the World Cup Stadium and Gyeongui Line Forest Trail.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. The standard check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, but the times can be adjusted through negotiation.
Mangwon Market is located across the street. You can walk to the Han River. The World Cup Stadium is 10 minutes away by public transport, Hongdae is 10 minutes away, and Yonsei Severance Hospital is 10 minutes away. Parking is not available, but you can park freely in the alley and there is a public parking lot 3 minutes away.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
