Check-in is contactless. It will proceed once the contract is confirmed. We will send it to you. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cooking utensils, pots, dishes, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). It is prepared exactly as shown in the photos.
Amenities Guide 1. Bedding is set up as shown in the photos. Bed (SS) pillows, blankets, mattress pads, and mattress covers are all included (products within 1 year). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi juice, blood). 2. Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, as well as disposable items, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergent, kitchen detergent, cleaning supplies, standard/food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and tableware, a drying rack, and a hairdryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby. 5. The basic rate is for one person. An additional fee will be charged for two people.
- If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. - All utility bills are included in the management fee. - This is based on one person, with parking for one person at 10,000 won per week, and a maximum of two people per room.

I really liked the design and atmosphere of the place. It was quiet and I had a comfortable stay! The host provided many amenities and there is a dryer, so it was convenient. There is a bit of mold on the door handle of the bathroom that could be removed. All in all I was very satisfied!
The host was kind and the house was clean, so it was great.
