It is 3 minutes from Sinchon Station. You can take a bus to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house. You can take the Sinchon Severance Hospital shuttle bus across the street.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed.
Tourist attractions, hospitals, companies, schools, and marts are located nearby. If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for the cost of damages. It is cleaned so that you can use it right after moving in. We recommend cooking in the common area for the pleasant use of the private space. You can use the shared kitchen, washer/dryer, and water purifier on each of the two floors. We do not provide blankets, quilts, or towels.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
