Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face after contract confirmation through 33M2, and instructions will be provided via KakaoTalk. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoking is confirmed, you will be immediately evicted and charged 300,000 won for restoration costs. Pets are allowed after prior consultation and payment of a 50,000 won fee per pet. Danjam is a shared living space for everyone. Please observe the etiquette necessary for shared living, such as noise control between floors.

Utility fees (electricity, water, gas) will be finalized after checking the meter readings on the check-in and check-out dates.
