- This is the quietest and coziest room in Pine Village, located on a floor at the end of a hallway with no mountain views and no passersby. - You can visit Terarosa, Arte Museum, Gyeongpo Lake, Chodang Sundubu, Heo Nanseolheon's birthplace, etc. on foot. - It is a new complex, so both the exterior and interior facilities are clean. The security office is in operation, and the separate collection building is organized as befits a new building.
- Take bus 202-1 from KTX Gangneung Station, get off at the Moani Seonangdang stop, and walk for 5 minutes. - Take bus 202-1 from Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal, get off at the Moani Seonangdang stop, and walk for 5 minutes. - Take a taxi from the train station or Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal and go to 'Pine Village' or '314-1 Ponam-dong'.
* Please be aware that you will be responsible for compensating for any damage to items within the accommodation or any stains that cannot be removed. * As this is a space also used by the host, please tidy up any kitchenware and bedding you have used before checking out, and dispose of general and food waste. * Free parking is available in the apartment's parking lot. Usually, there is ample parking, but occasionally it may be full on summer weekends. In such cases, it is convenient to use the sides of the road leading up to the apartment. * Cozy House is an accommodation for a comfortable and quiet stay. Smoking and noisy parties are prohibited within the accommodation, and as it is a multi-unit dwelling with poor soundproofing, please be quiet late at night. * This room is for 1 to 4 people, and no additional guests are allowed. (If additional guests are found without prior consent, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.)
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
I came from Daejeon, so I wasn't very familiar with the area, but thanks to the many famous restaurants and tourist spots nearby—such as Gyeongpodae and Terarosa—I was able to fully enjoy exercise, relaxation, and leisure. I had such a comfortable stay, just like being in my own home. I think I’ll definitely want to come back! ♡
