Move-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with information regarding your move-in. We would appreciate your understanding that we charge separately for gas used for heating during the winter.
There are convenience stores, supermarkets, traditional markets, and various restaurants near the house, and it is close to the subway station, making it convenient to get around.
The management fee does not include city gas, which will be billed upon check-out.
It was great. It was clean, and the responses were quick. I highly recommend it. The owner of the CU convenience store is also very kind and wonderful.
The location in Kyoto and the surrounding commercial area—convenient for daily needs—were excellent. However, you have to keep in mind that it is an old building; there is significant street noise, and the condition of the window screens and frames is very poor. Ventilation is also inadequate. That said, it is a decent enough place to stay as a temporary base for a one- or two-week trip.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are many places to eat nearby, and the station is close, so it's really great!
