✔ Check-in is contactless. ✔ Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ✔ Smoking and pets are not allowed. ✔ Check-in at 3 PM / Check-out at 11 AM: Please inquire in advance if adjustments are needed. ✔ This is a short-term rental agreement, not an accommodation facility, so please bring your own bedding, toiletries, bathroom supplies, towels, and other hygiene items. ✔ Registration of move-in is not possible, but receipts and supporting documents for company submission are available. ✔ In case of damage or destruction of items within the space, the corresponding amount will be charged. ✔ We will issue a cash receipt (mobile phone number) or an electronic invoice (business registration number) for the usage fee.
