This is a clean, newly remodeled, detached house on the ground floor. It features three bedrooms and a yard; new air conditioners are installed in every room, and the living area includes a dining table and a new front-load washing machine. Sleeping arrangements ensure a comfortable stay: Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (Daejin Sealy), Bedroom 2 has a single bed (Simmons), and Bedroom 3 has two single beds (IKEA). The host lives very nearby, ensuring prompt assistance. Parking is available when the space is open. Families are currently staying here for 3–4 months at a time and are very satisfied.
Located just a 6-minute walk from Guui Station (Line 2); local buses 03 and 04 are also available from Exit 1 (1–2 stops away). 1-minute access to Konkuk University's College of Engineering. Subway travel times: 2 minutes to Konkuk Univ. Station, 5 minutes to Jamsil Station, and 17 minutes to Gangnam; convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurant districts are within a 1–2 minute walk. Close to Konkuk University Medical Center, Asan Medical Center, and Hyemin Hospital.
