This is a clean, newly built officetel that has been cleaned after all furniture was removed! Currently, a refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, and bed are provided as standard. We are preparing for short-term rentals to ensure that those who come can stay comfortably. The location is convenient, with Eungam Station and various bus stops on both sides, and you can access large supermarkets like E-Mart and the Bulgwangcheon Stream!
Line 6 is a 7-minute walk away. Two bus stops are available. Easy access to Sinchon and Hongdae.
Check-in is contactless, and special requests such as pets are handled through prior consultation! Please note that while there are 3 rooms, one is a small room, about the size of a dressing room. :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee! However, if the utility bills exceed the average, there may be an additional charge. You can check the average and excess amount in advance by contacting us :)

I needed a place for a short-term stay for my storage move, so I chose this accommodation. Even before signing the contract, I had many inquiries, and the owner was quick and kind in responding. I had a lot of luggage and things I needed to ask for understanding for, as I was staying for a long period of two weeks with two children, and I was very grateful for their consideration from our perspective. Parking was convenient, and there were three rooms, so I had no difficulties during my stay! It was great to have many convenience facilities nearby, such as Daiso, E-Mart, and hospitals, and it was also nice to be close to Bulgwangcheon for walks. I was grateful for the quick feedback and kind treatment, which felt genuine. Although it was a temporary stay, I feel good about moving into my new home with positive energy!
