- This is an officetel right across from Seoul Station. - You can enjoy the high-rise view and the wonderful night view. - There is a Starbucks and a convenience store on the first floor. - There is a large supermarket, Lotte Mart, across the street. - It has a duplex structure and is warm even in winter. - There is plenty of space with a queen + super single bed. A large unit in the same building With a large closet, 5-drawer storage, bookshelf, desk, etc. Recommended for those staying for a long period.
- Seoul Station Airport Railroad and KTX - Subway Lines 1, 4, and Gyeongui Line - Seoul Station Bus Transfer Center connects to most areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in instructions will be sent via message on the morning of your arrival. - Check-in is at 15:00 / Check-out is at 11:00.
-There is a walking path to Seoul right in front. -Son Kee-chung Sports Park, which is a 5-minute walk away, has a swimming pool and sports facilities. -Son Kee-chung Library is a really pretty library, and I recommend you visit it at least once. (I also recommend the children's library.) -There are quite a few hidden restaurants nearby. If you inquire, I will recommend them.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, water, etc., you may be charged an additional amount when you check out.
It was a convenient and nice place to stay.
You get what you pay for. The unit did not have AC prepared so it was inconvenient to use. The washing machine is extremely old and noisy and the drying function does not work. Location is decent, although it states it is 2 min away from Seoul station, the subway is a 10-12 min walk away and depending which bus you take, it is the same distance away. Some buses are a 2-3 min walk from the unit. The building doesn't have any round about for cars to temporarily park and the underground parking is limited and extremely tight to maneuver. Bed is comfortable, shower pressure is good, comes with fridge, freezer and basic kitchen utensils. Other basics such as towels and toilet paper is not provided so prepare in advance for your stay. Electrical outlets are extremely limited and inconveniently placed around the unit. Owner is nice and responsive. Good bang for your buck in Seoul.
Conveniently located next to Seoul station. Close to Lotte mart, shopping and local eats. Host was quick to respond and unit was clean. The only mention is there are not many outlets conveniently placed in the unit.
