Located at the foot of Namsan Mountain with convenient transportation, this is a large, white-toned room in a new house, separated from the kitchen (1.5 rooms), and has a veranda for convenient and pleasant use.
It is a 4-minute walk from Exit 2 or 3 of Myeongdong Station on Subway Line 4, and there are many bus routes (including airport buses). Seoul Station and Namdaemun Market are within walking distance, and you can walk to Shinsegae and Lotte Department Store Main Branch and Michelin restaurants on Myeongdong Street.
Once the contract is finalized, it can be used remotely.
It is a quiet new house with convenient accessibility. It is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of restoring any damage to fixtures and fittings caused by the next user, as well as any inconvenience caused by smoking.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If the amount is excessive, additional charges will be applied. (Electricity and gas bills exceeding 20,000 KRW/week each)
I love this place! It’s fully equipped with everything I needed and more—there’s a rice cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, water heater, fan, AC, and TV, plus a mosquito swatter, extension cords, and a charger! The best feature is the washing machine. It’s perfect for a long-term stay.
