Located at the foot of Namsan Mountain with convenient transportation access, this spacious, white-toned room in a new building features a separate kitchen (1.5-room layout) and a veranda, offering a comfortable and convenient living environment.
It is a 4-minute walk from Exits 2 and 3 of Myeong-dong Station (Subway Line 4) and is served by numerous bus routes, including airport buses. You can easily walk to Seoul Station and Namdaemun Market, as well as the main branches of Shinsegae and Lotte Department Stores and the Michelin-starred restaurants in the Myeong-dong area.
Once the contract is finalized, you can use the service remotely.
This is a quiet, newly built home with convenient accessibility. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of restoration if any furnishings or property are damaged in a way that inconveniences the next guest, or if issues such as smoking cause inconvenience.

I loved every aspect of our stay here. This was my second time in Korea, and I have absolutely no regrets about choosing this place. Beyond the incredibly affordable rate, the accommodation is comfortable and feels just like home. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, and if you require anything else, the owner is happy to provide it immediately. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to find that the owner had prepared fruit for us. I also completely forgot to bring a universal charger—something I usually never leave behind—but the owner provided one right away. The space was ample for our family of three, and as a pregnant woman, I slept very comfortably. We had two large suitcases, one medium, and one small, yet there was still plenty of room. The location offers easy access to various tourist spots, making it incredibly convenient. I also really appreciated the toiletries provided; they were a step above what you typically find in hotels. The owner is so generous! Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Thank you!

The best place to stay; the owner is very kind and accommodating. It is close to bus stops and subway stations, and very near the Myeongdong area.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, and it has everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is excellent, offering easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The host was also very kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the great communication. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul!
