The place was recently remodeled, so it is clean and tidy. With Mt. Geumo nearby, you can enjoy fresh air and the sound of birds. It is located in a quiet residential area, ensuring a restful sleep. The heating system uses a new condensing boiler, keeping the space warm. The large bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the small bedroom has a super single bed. Please leave sorted recyclables and food waste in front of the main entrance on the first floor.
Take a bus from Gumi Station (10 minutes), then walk about 5 minutes from the bus stop. It takes 7 minutes by private car or taxi. City Library: 7-minute walk Cha Hospital: 15-minute walk, 5-minute drive Mt. Geumo: 10-minute walk via shortcut, 5-minute drive McDonald's: 10-minute walk There are two convenience stores nearby, located a 2-minute and 5-minute walk away. Hospitals and pharmacies are within a 5-minute walking distance.
House Rules Check-in/Check-out: Times are subject to change depending on circumstances. Smoking is prohibited indoors (Wallpaper restoration costs will be charged if smoking is detected). Pets are not allowed. No loud noise or shouting after 10:00 PM. You may be held liable for damages to the guest room or facilities. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Please observe these rules to ensure a pleasant and clean stay.

We will check your message and respond as quickly as possible. A hair dryer is located in the vanity drawer; instructions for use are included inside the box. A beam projector is installed, and Netflix and Disney+ are available for use. If you need an iron, please let us know in advance, and we will provide one for you. Please send us a message if you need any items such as shampoo, body wash, lotion, or laundry detergent. We provide hair care products from the brand Growus.
An additional maintenance fee may be charged in the event of excessive use of provided amenities. As we do not charge a cleaning fee, please tidy up the trash and bedding before your departure. For groups of 3 or more, a fee of 10,000 KRW per person will be charged (per day). The maximum occupancy is 5 people.
This is my second time staying here, and the owner was so kind—I had a wonderful stay.
