This is a cost-effective short-term rental in a *semi-basement* located in Nohyeong-dong, the best infrastructure in Jeju City. You can live in Nohyeong-dong for a month without the burden of high prices, where you'll never be bored, even late at night. This is a short-term lease, not an accommodation, so a contract will be processed. You must bring your own towels and basic daily necessities when you move in. Air conditioning and TV are not installed, but options such as an air purifier, dehumidifier, and refrigerator are provided.
If you take a taxi from the airport, it will cost a little more than the basic fare. If you use public transportation, get off at Namnyeong-go.
Pets under 10kg are allowed. A separate cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the contract. *As this is a villa, guests who plan to be noisy late at night are not permitted to stay. The entire villa was disinfected on October 24th. (Due to Jeju's characteristics, insects sometimes appear, but an electric insect killer is provided.) Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
We recommend this place to those who want to experience Jeju living at an affordable price. As the price is low, it is not a hotel-level condition. We are managing it so that you can use it without any inconvenience, but if you are sensitive, please pass! We hope to have a good relationship with good people and leave good memories. LPG heating is installed. (When the gas runs out, please call to order a replacement.) Electricity and water bills will be charged at actual cost. Internet is included, but a TV is not installed.
I haven't been using this app for long, but I was really touched by the host's kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. The TV was huge—which was great—and having a dehumidifier was a nice touch; overall, the room was in excellent condition! I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you! 🙏
