- 6-8 minutes walk from Suyu Station on Subway Line 4 - 10 minutes walk from Hwagye Station on the Ui-Sinseol Line - Bus routes (104, 109, 121, 151, 144, 1128, 1165, 1218, Gangbuk 02): Convenient access to downtown Seoul (Hyehwa, Seoul Station, etc.), Mia Intersection, university districts, Uidong, etc. - Convenience store (CU), restaurants, cafes, Suyu Central Market, and various living infrastructures are concentrated, making life convenient.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face, and a move-in guide message will be sent upon contract confirmation.
Stay Up Suyu is a quiet and private resting place in the city center.
All utility fees are included in the rent, but in cases of excessive use, an additional fee may be requested upon departure.
I had a great stay. It's convenient having internet, bedding, and shower facilities. You won't find a better price than this. This place is the cheapest.
