I think I stayed for nearly eight weeks. I’ve really grown fond of the place! The location near Beomgye Station and the surrounding commercial area were excellent, needless to say. I live in an older building nearby, so I was really impressed by the parking facilities here—they were on par with a department store. I could hear a large dog next door and was a bit worried about running into it, but I never actually saw it once. I’m almost curious enough to want to see the dog's face now, haha. It would be great if you could install a splash guard on the kitchen sink, and having a mosquito screen on at least one window would be nice, too! It’s a rare "1.5-room" layout for an officetel, so it was perfect for separating a room for my middle-schooler!
