The wallpaper has been replaced, and the unit has been professionally cleaned. For your convenience, Kakao Sangyeok is equipped with: bedding set, pillow, 2 towels, shampoo, conditioner, disposable toothbrush, disposable toothpaste, disposable soap, toilet paper, bathroom slippers, and an electric heating pad. Please note that disposable items are provided only once upon check-in.
There is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away. It is close to Kyungpook National University, Bokhyeon Five-way Intersection, the Indoor Gymnasium, Chilseong Market, and Sincheon-daero.
Check-in is contactless. The rate is based on single occupancy. Please note that indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. A cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW applies if these rules are violated (this includes cases where the room is so dirty that professional cleaning services are required). Please also be aware that if you smoke and stay for one month or longer, an additional 200,000 KRW will be charged for wallpaper replacement.
Please note that you may be held liable for damages if furniture, appliances, or other items are damaged or soiled. P.S. If there are any issues regarding cleanliness, furniture, or appliances upon move-in, please take photos and send them to us for our records.
Items included in the management fee (water, electricity, gas, internet): Excessive use of these included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left in a very dirty condition upon check-out.
