You can enjoy a modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic with a touch of lyrical charm. Equipped with a beam projector and a movable smart TV, the space offers the perfect setting to savor fun, convenience, and life's simple pleasures.
Located near Samgwang and Ocheon Markets, this accommodation offers convenient access to both traditional markets 🏪 and the amenities of the surrounding apartment complexes. 1. A bus stop is within a 5-minute walk. 2. With a vehicle, you can easily reach not only local amenities but also the East Sea within 15 minutes. a. Nearby beach (Dogu Beach: 15-minute drive) b. Within 1–3 minutes' walk (various amenities, etc.)
Check-in is contactless in principle, but I will provide detailed explanations and assistance via message or voice call if needed. Here are a few important guidelines: 1. Strictly no smoking indoors (🚬🙅) 2. Pets are allowed, provided the owner takes proper care of them. 3. Please follow proper food waste disposal procedures (do not dispose in the toilet or sink 🚫). 4. No loud noise or shouting due to alcohol consumption. 5. Please use utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.) at a reasonable level.

[TV, Moving Smart TV (Google), washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, etc.] 🍉 The air conditioner and heating/cooling system (new units) all work effectively. 🍑 Thanks to a broadband signal booster, the Wi-Fi speed and signal strength are excellent. 🍒 While personal accounts are typically required for OTT services, I will provide instructions via message on how to access them if needed (Netflix, Disney+, Coupang Play, etc.). 🍋🟩 A reminder that smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please place food waste in a bag and dispose of it in the designated outdoor food waste bin (never put it down the sink or toilet). 🌰 As the house is located in a residential area, it offers a peaceful, charming atmosphere, but please observe basic etiquette—such as avoiding loud noise or shouting while drinking. 🍓 You can also enjoy a relaxing movie night using the beam projector.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee, though an additional fee may be requested in cases of excessive usage. The water supply system runs on groundwater. (I cover the maintenance fee separately, so feel free to use as much water as needed.) The boiler unit is brand new following the installation of city gas. (Please use hot water and heating within reasonable limits.) Wi-Fi and broadband internet are available.
