*Smoking is prohibited indoors. *Please clean up cigarette butts properly when smoking on the rooftop. *Barbecuing is strictly prohibited indoors or on the rooftop. *Drinking and singing/dancing are strictly prohibited indoors or on the rooftop. *Violation will result in eviction. *We will send you a text message with usage instructions once your contract is confirmed.
*Water is included in the maintenance fee. *Hot water is supplied via an oil boiler. *The flooring is electric panel. (The cost will be calculated and settled upon check-out.) *Additional charges may apply for excessive electricity and water usage. *Additional charges may apply for damage or excessive foreign objects.
This is a cozy and clean accommodation near Gampo Beach. You can reach nearby beaches in about a 6-minute drive. Since downtown Gyeongju is just over 40 minutes away, it is a place where you can combine a beach vacation with sightseeing. I had a wonderful stay.
