■ Additional Information / Requests 🏠 The base occupancy is 2 people, but the space can accommodate up to 6 people. Please note that an additional fee of 60,000 KRW per person (per week) applies for any guests beyond the initial two. 🇰🇷 Please note that this is not a hotel. As this is a renovated detached house, you may occasionally encounter small insects or snails. However, we clean and sanitize the space thoroughly every day, so please rest assured. ♡ With fine dust levels being a concern these days, we have provided a Samsung air purifier to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for our guests. ## A separate fee of 50,000 KRW per pet (per week) applies (please inquire separately).
■ Basic House Rules Please keep the noise level down after 11 PM out of consideration for others. 😇 Please dispose of general waste and food waste in the provided bags. Please place recyclables in the designated recycling bins. Thank you in advance! 🤗 Smoking is prohibited for the health and well-being of all guests. 😉 ■ Bedrooms There are two bedrooms, each equipped with two mattresses. One room features a low-profile "family bed" setup to ensure safety for children, while the other has a sliding bed; please choose the room that suits you best. 🤗 ⭕️⭕️ Bedding is provided based on the number of guests (one set per two people); please let us know if you need more. ⭕️⭕️ ■ Kitchen We provide an ample supply of soup bowls, rice bowls, small plates, dipping dishes, soju glasses, wine glasses, and mugs. Please feel free to use the cutting board, serving tray, and cooking utensil set. Disposable sponges are provided exclusively for guests, so you can use them with confidence. ♡ Other amenities include a wine opener, trivets, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, toaster, and more.
All utility costs are excluded from the management fee. Please note that as this is an older house, it does not have city gas; therefore, heating oil costs for the boiler will be billed separately. Upon check-out, an additional charge applies for gas, water, and electricity (excluding the basic one-week management fee), and 80,000 KRW will be deducted from the security deposit before the remainder is refunded.

Pros - It's quiet, which is nice. - Amenities are well-equipped and convenient. (Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste , hair dryer) - Things to bring: foam cleanser, toothbrush, lotion. - Convenient for nearby convenience stores, food delivery, etc. - Excellent for walks. - Host communication is good. Cons - Pests (Ants, spiders, centipedes, hammerhead worms, millipedes, woodlice, etc.) - Humidity (especially mold on curtains, mold on living room window sashes) - Cleaning (cleaning service was not thorough enough / dust on shelves, etc.) - Oil boiler costs (for your reference) - Inconvenient for reversing car - Mold in the bathroom There are cons that must be tolerated for the price. While ants and spiders can be considered cute, the appearance of other pests is a bit difficult to understand. Professional pest control and better management by the cleaning service seem necessary. The rocking chair in the picture is uncomfortable to use (cushion not maintained). Be careful when using hot water. *When the boiler is turned on and hot water starts to come out, it's hot enough to burn. After a certain amount, the temperature can be adjusted. Please be careful. If it could be improved just a little, I think it would be a more satisfying place than anywhere else.
