A quiet home where you can sleep soundly—no noise from neighbors above 🙂 It is a high-end building compared to other nearby officetels; it is well-managed and primarily occupied by families, so I was very satisfied living here for 10 years. I’ve cleared out the old belongings and set up the place with essential furniture and fresh bedding covers. There is also a clothes dryer for your convenience. There is plenty of parking, and an Emart24 convenience store right in front of the parking area. Lake Park, Lotte Super, and Lafesta are all just 2–3 minutes away. **The unit is currently up for sale, so there may be occasional visits from real estate agents; please only inquire if you are comfortable with this arrangement. English ok 🙂

Unit Guide

You may use two of the three rooms. (My personal belongings are stored in the room next to the entrance; while there are no valuables inside, I have kept it locked for mutual peace of mind.) - Contactless check-in: I will send you check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. - No smoking inside the building: A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if smoking occurs indoors. - Pets allowed: Additional cleaning fees may or may not apply; please inquire for details. 😺 **Standard check-out is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 3:00 PM, but I will do my best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

Additional Details

The queen-size mattress in the master bedroom and the super-single mattress in the smaller room were newly purchased; please note that there are no bed frames. Basic bedding is provided. You are welcome to connect and use the monitor, keyboard, and mouse located in the smaller room. I handle the cleaning myself, as shown in the photos. As a result, the cleaning may not be as perfect as that of a professional service. 😅 Since there is no cleaning fee, guests are expected to clean the unit and restore it to its original condition before checking out. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles on basement levels 1 through 3. (The ground-level parking lot is for visitors and incurs a fee for stays longer than 30 minutes.) There are automated parcel lockers on the 2nd floor. If you wish to use the building's gym or swimming pool, access is free for one person; however, you must visit the management office to register for facial recognition, so please let me know in advance if you would like to use these facilities. 🙂
