There are no extra fees, as this is a short-term rental.) There is CCTV at the entrance. 1. Compensation for damages may be claimed in the event of property damage or soiling. 2. Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes and vapes—is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building (including the balcony). Legal action will be taken. 3. Further discounts are not available. Long-term rental discounts have already been applied. 4. If you wish to sign a contract for 6 months or longer, a separate contract can be drawn up, and resident registration is possible. 5. Consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided. -> This is a short-term rental, not a hotel/lodging business. Mid-stay cleaning is not included. 6. The security deposit is held by SamsamM2, not by me. It is usually refunded the day after check-out. 7. I have prepared the space with care, ensuring it is as clean as my own home. Professional cleaning services are used, and all fabric items (such as the sofa) are laundered whenever the tenant changes. I maintain everything from windows and window frames to the interior of the washing machine. I personally inspect and manage the property before the tenant moves in.🔥
We have raised the maintenance fee for the summer and winter seasons due to the very high cost of air conditioning during the summer. We ask for your understanding. 🙏 All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee, so please feel free to use them. However, you will be held liable for compensation if excessively high charges are incurred. Conversely, if the usage costs are very low, we will reward you with a mobile gift voucher. 🔥Please do not unplug the heating power cord in the master bedroom, even for a moment; doing so can cause heating costs to skyrocket. While things were hectic due to home renovations, I found this short-term rental to stay with my parents for five weeks. I arrived with mixed feelings of worry and anticipation, but thanks to the host's thoughtfulness and the cozy space, we felt truly comfortable—just like being at home. It was nostalgic to stay in a corridor-style apartment again, and the interior clearly showed how meticulously the host maintains the place. Although it is near a busy area, the complex itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which was wonderful. Not only was transportation convenient, but grocery shopping was easy thanks to nearby amenities like Lotte Mart and local supermarkets. The vegetable shop across from the Administrative Welfare Center was particularly great—excellent value for money. The view and natural light were fantastic; laundry dried quickly, and the ventilation was so good that we rarely needed to turn on the air conditioner. The AC unit was powerful, too, so there was no need to worry about the summer heat. The bathroom was spacious, and the hot water and strong water pressure made for a refreshing start to every day. Above all, I was deeply touched by the host's kindness. They responded promptly and sincerely to everything—even answering my tentative early-morning inquiries right away—which gave me great peace of mind throughout our stay. It was a time when we could easily have felt exhausted by the renovation work, but thanks to this space, our whole family made warm, happy memories. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a pleasant stay! The location is good. It's a quiet area, close to the bus stop! The room was clean and spacious, just as advertised! I definitely recommend it to people who would like a more spacious yet clean room near Jungang Station!
