Everything is good... except there's no elevator! It's the biggest drawback. (6th floor) The 3rd floor, the next floor is the 5th floor, and the 6th floor. ~ Check-in is contactless. **Check-in - 3 PM, Check-out - 11 AM**
* All utility bills are included in the management fee (electricity, gas, water, management fee) However, if you use more than 70,000 won per week, you may be asked to pay additional management fees. * In case of damage to property, compensation may be claimed.

The night view of Busan Port from Busan Station is great!
Let me start with the downsides. First, there's no elevator... But the reason I'm giving it a perfect 5 is because of the view! The house is spacious and newly remodeled, making it a great place to live! Kakao Taxi is readily available. It's a short taxi ride to places like Seomyeon, Gwangalli, and Jagalchi, so I think it's advantageous for sightseeing!
