Hello. I am renting out an officetel in a mixed-use residential and commercial complex directly connected to Buwon Station. I have had uncomfortable experiences staying in other areas due to poor cleaning and old buildings when using short-term rentals. Based on my experience, I prioritize cleanliness and thoroughly wash and disinfect bedding at high temperatures before renting. Transportation and shopping are convenient, and it is safe for women to use. I look forward to a good connection.

(You can go to Buwon Station indoors) - There is a taxi stand and bus stop on the 1st floor of the building. - Lotte Mart, Olive Young, Daiso 2-5 minutes on foot - Gimhae Passenger Terminal 5 minutes by car, 2 stops by light rail - Gimhae Airport, Gupo Station takes 25 minutes by light rail. - Bongridan-gil 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car - Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart 5 minutes by car

As this is a mixed-use building, management fees are high. Please turn off unnecessary electricity when you go out. If you overuse the included items, you may be charged additional management fees.
