It consists of 2 rooms, a living room, and a small kitchen. There is a room used as a bedroom and a small room where you can put other items, and there is a sofa in the living room. The bed in the bedroom is a super single. You must inform us in advance to provide a mattress for the small room. An additional fee of 20,000 won will be charged for the mattress.

Parking is also available if you inform us in advance. - The standard occupancy is 2 people. Additional guests are possible for a fee of 20,000 KRW per person; please inquire for discussion. - For contracts of 1 week or more, extensions are possible on a per-night basis. Please inquire in advance. - A sofa, TV, and bed are provided. If you need additional items, please inquire. - In case of stains, dents, or scratches on appliances/furniture, compensation for damages and restoration costs may be charged. (Amount will be announced in advance) - Pets are allowed upon discussion. - Minix 12kg dryer rental: 40,000 KRW, regardless of rental period. - Super single size mattress topper: 20,000 KRW, regardless of rental period. All utility bills are included in the management fee. When using heating, set the heating to 23 degrees and the hot water to below 45 degrees. If you use more than that, you may be charged the difference in the average gas bill later.
It is a nice house.
It's a 5-minute walk from Hwagok Station, and the location is really good. The house was much more spacious and cozy than I expected, which was nice. It would be great if the cleaning could be a little more thorough!
