- This is a modern house that has recently been completely remodeled, both inside and out. - There are 2 rooms with 1 super single bed, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed. - Bed mattresses and mattress covers are provided. Please bring your own bedding. - Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, dining table, electric kettle, and washing machine are provided. - Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the house or building.
- In front of Bupyeong Station Exit 1. Within a 3-minute walk.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Samsam M2 is a residential space rental service, not an accommodation business. Please understand that due to regulations, we cannot provide bedding, towels, or toiletries. Please be sure to bring them with you when you come. Thank you.
- Bupyeong Station is right in front of the house, making it very convenient to travel to Incheon Airport and Seoul.
It is included in the management fee, but if you use it excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a wonderful two-month stay. The location near the subway station made transportation very convenient, and the cleanliness of the home was a real plus. The host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making this a place I’d happily stay at again and again. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a short-term rental. I was so satisfied with my stay that I felt compelled to leave a review.
It was so good~~^^ I was worried because it was cheap, but I didn't have to worry!!! I recommend it to those who are going to practice at Incheon St. Mary's Hospital~!
