This is a newly built apartment that I recently moved into. Since it was prepared as a newlywed home, all appliances and furniture are new! A small room with a super single bed, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a master bathroom, a main bathroom with a bathtub, and a kitchen and living room are available. It gets plenty of sun and has a view of the Han River! A Sealy mattress, an Italian brand sofa, and SamtanbyMe are provided. A washing machine and dryer are available.
Our accommodation is located between Gangdong Station on Line 5 and Cheonho Station on Line 8, making it convenient to travel anywhere in Seoul. 🚇 Approximately 10 minutes on foot from Cheonho Station on Line 8 ✈️ Approximately 10 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop 🚖 Approximately 15 minutes by car to Jamsil Station, approximately 30 minutes to Gangnam Station, and within 10 minutes to Asan Medical Center
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with information about your move-in. We will either assist you with check-in in person or proceed with a contactless check-in if you are not present.
The underground level of the complex is fully equipped with lifestyle amenities such as Lotte Mart, Daiso, convenience stores, and a hospital, ensuring a comfortable stay. You can also walk to Hyundai Department Store Cheonho Branch, making shopping and dining convenient. It boasts an optimal location and environment for both Seoul travel and long-term stays. 🏙️

It was as comfortable as home, and everything was perfect.
I stayed with my family for three weeks, and overall, I was really satisfied. The house was clean and well-maintained, so I felt good from the moment I walked in, and I was able to live comfortably without any inconveniences during my stay. The surrounding infrastructure was also good, so it was convenient to use the supermarket, restaurants, and transportation. I think it was even better because the environment was well-equipped for staying with family. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable and restful three weeks. I would like to use it again if I have the chance next time.
