Overall, it was good. I lived there for a month while working, and the transportation was convenient. However, the bed mattress was uncomfortable to the point where I could feel the springs, and the smell of food from other houses came in through the bathroom exhaust vent, which was not good. Considering that it was unavoidable due to the officetel structure, it was tolerable. The large amount of storage space and the cleanliness were also advantages.
