Instead, you can park at the public parking lot of Poi Elementary School, which is a 5-minute walk away. - Dalteo Neighborhood Park, Guryongsan Mountain, etc. are nearby, and Yangjaecheon Stream is a 15-minute walk away, making it great for a stroll.
★Absolutely no move-in registration★ - Move-in is contactless and we will send you a message on the morning of your move-in day. - Check-in is at 15:00 / Check-out is at 12:00. - There are 3 beds (2 queen, 1 super single), so it is based on 3 people, and a maximum of 4 people are allowed. (Additional charges will apply if the number of people is exceeded, prior consultation is required) - Towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries and hygiene products are not provided, so please be sure to bring them.
- It's a cozy space, a semi-basement with good natural light. - You can watch OTT services like YouTube and Netflix on the 50-inch UHD TV. - Free Wi-Fi is installed, so you can enjoy the internet comfortably. - The small room can be used as a dining room or a small office space. - During your stay, please handle cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (including recycling) yourself. - Pets are not allowed to ensure a comfortable stay for other guests. - Please refrain from smoking, loud noises, etc. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking. - A smart door lock is installed, providing excellent security. - A dehumidifier is installed, so you can be free from the dampness of the semi-basement.
