The location is excellent. There is a large E-Mart right in front and a park nearby. A subway station is also close by. Within a 10-minute walk, there are plenty of leisure and convenience facilities, including the Garden Five shopping mall, Megabox cinema, Daiso, and more! The landlord is quick to respond, and there is ample storage space, making it very convenient.
