It takes 35 minutes to get to Gwanghwamun, Seoul from the bus stop in front of the house, and Hwajeong Station on Subway Line 3 and Haengsin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line are 5 minutes away by bus.
Move-in is contactless. We will send you a move-in guide when you sign the contract.
Commercial facilities such as a 24-hour large supermarket, Daiso, hospital, cafe, and restaurant are located within a 1-minute walk from the house. Cooking and laundry are possible. It is a cheap and clean room with a queen-size bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.
All utility fees are included in the management fee.

I stayed for 5 weeks because of the interior, and I had a good time. The room is clean, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is great.
I had to use storage moving because the moving dates didn't match, but I was so grateful that they provided everything I needed during my stay and helped me live comfortably. The house was warm and clean. It was convenient to have a 24-hour large supermarket in front of the house.
