All necessary amenities and supplies are provided for a comfortable short-term stay. Additional units are available beyond the one shown in the photos.

Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions via text message. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Cooking utensils, pots, tableware, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (toiletries, etc.). The unit is set up exactly as shown in the photos.
Amenities Information 1. Bedding is set up exactly as shown in the photos. The queen-size bed comes fully equipped with pillows, a duvet, a mattress pad, and a mattress cover (all items are less than a year old). A fee will be charged for stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi broth, bloodstains). 2. Personal hygiene items and disposables—such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels—are not provided. 3. Detergents and supplies for laundry, kitchen, and cleaning, as well as standard waste bags, food waste bags, and toilet paper, are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils (pots, frying pans, tableware), a drying rack, and a hair dryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby.
-Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees. -All utility costs are included in the management fee.
It was clean and the location was really great, too. ^^
I lived in a one-month short-term rental because the move-in date didn't match. It's a bit of a hill, but it's a 3-minute walk from Sillim Station, and the room condition is good! Communication with the host is also good!
I hope this will be a comfortable space for good relationships.
