Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a text message with instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Cooking utensils, pots, dishes, and cleaning supplies are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items (such as toiletries). The room is prepared exactly as shown in the photos.
The room is clean and ready for immediate occupancy. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of gas or electricity. Please remember to turn off the heating/cooling system when you go out to save energy. Provided Items 1. Bedding is set up as shown in the photos. This includes a single bed (SS), pillow, duvet, mattress pad, and mattress cover (all items are less than 1 year old). You will be charged for any stains that cannot be removed by washing (e.g., kimchi juice, bloodstains). 2. Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and towels, as well as disposable items, are not provided. 3. Laundry detergent, kitchen detergent, cleaning supplies, standard/food waste bags, and toilet paper are provided. 4. Basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and tableware, a drying rack, and a hairdryer are provided. There are also several self-service laundromats nearby.

1. It was inconvenient because there was a leak at the bathroom pipe connection. 2. I chose the room based on the advertised size of 11 pyeong, but the actual size was significantly different.
