There is a bus stop right in front of the main entrance, and Janghanpyeong Station is a 10-minute walk away. (Direct buses to Cheongnyangni Station take 20 minutes; direct buses to Gangnam Station and Jongno are also available.) There are excellent bus connections to various parts of both Gangbuk and Gangnam. For personal vehicles, we provide pre-registration for the spacious underground parking lot.
Check-in and check-out are contactless and self-service. Pets are allowed. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. **If smoking is detected, a professional cleaning fee will be charged. (Approx. 400,000 KRW) As this is a short-term rental rather than a commercial lodging business, please bring your own personal hygiene items, toiletries, detergent, and bedding; please contact us in advance. There is no separate cleaning fee, so please tidy up and dispose of trash properly before leaving.
The nearby Jungnangcheon Stream is perfect for walking and running. Events such as the annual Rose Festival and street festivals take place here. A bustling commercial area is nearby and easily accessible, yet the property is situated at a comfortable distance to avoid the noise. You will be liable for damages in the event of property damage or soiling. Please clean the unit thoroughly before checking out; a cleaning fee (approximately 200,000 KRW) will be charged if it is not cleaned. An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW applies if you bring a pet. Please contact us separately for daily rentals. Real estate agents may visit on very rare occasions. We will coordinate this with you in advance and ask for your understanding.

I visited for a business trip to Seoul. I've only used hotels or Airbnbs before, but I learned about this service through an acquaintance and booked it for the first time. I was particularly satisfied that it was pet-friendly, so I could stay comfortably with my children. Having to clean up myself when checking out is a bit of a burden, but I feel the advantage of being able to use it with my children is greater, so I think I'll use it often in the future. I usually carry a monitor for work, so I was disappointed that there wasn't a separate desk and chair. Other than that, it was a generally comfortable space to stay.
