The amenities provided are: - Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. - The kitchen has an electric kettle, induction cooktop, and food waste disposer for convenient food waste disposal. - The bathroom has a washing machine with automatic detergent dispenser and a clothes dryer. - In addition, a hairdryer, iron, first aid kit, and four hangers that can hold more than 5 items are provided.
- Located 7 minutes from Yeoksam Station. - Located 12 minutes from Gangnam Station. - There is a bus stop next to Yeoksam Station.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, but this can be arranged in advance. - After the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions 2 days before your check-in date. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (If there is smoking or pets, a special cleaning fee may be charged) - Moving-in registration is not allowed. - When requesting a contract, please inform us of the purpose of the short-term rental and the number of people.
- Located between Gangnam Station and Yeoksam Station. Both stations are accessible. - Gangnam Severance Hospital is nearby. - Yeoksam Station and Gangnam Station restaurant areas are a 5-minute walk from the house, making them convenient to use. - Compensation costs will be incurred for damage or contamination of property. - It is cleaned thoroughly and ready for immediate use upon move-in. - Bedding is not provided.
