I had a clean and comfortable stay. It was nice to have an electric blanket on the bed, so I could sleep warmly. The location was good, so it was convenient to use Nonhyeon Station and Sinnonhyeon Station. There was a dryer, but no clothes drying rack, so I asked about it and the host ordered it right away. It was a semi-basement, so it was dark at first and I felt a bit stuffy, but I got used to it as time went on. It wasn't a big problem since I was always out during the day and just slept at night. I don't think there's any accommodation in Gangnam with this quality at this price. It was a cost-effective accommodation. ^^
