I'm satisfied because it's not lacking and it's clean enough to stay in a studio for 4 weeks. Since the Topyeong Industrial Complex is close, you can't expect to relax, and the convenience store and cafe at the entrance of the accommodation have been closed for a long time, so it's deserted. It's okay because the UNI Pension is right next door. And it's very good value for money for a month-long stay. ^^
