Additionally, any concerns regarding accessibility are due to a change in the guest's personal workplace after booking and are unrelated to the accommodation. We informed you of the towel and bedding usage policy before booking, and we proceeded with the agreement after explaining the details prior to the contract. The cost for bedding was not a separate usage fee, but merely the cost of professional laundry services. While the bathroom may feel humid due to the nature of the summer season, there was actually no mold present. Nevertheless, we will continue to maintain the facility to ensure a more pleasant environment in the future.
