This two-room apartment was fully renovated in October 2025. We prepared the space with meticulous attention to guest convenience. For a relaxing touch, we’ve set up a tea table in the lovely mini-garden so you can enjoy the city view while sipping a cup of tea. We’ve also provided classic albums spanning over 30 years for you to enjoy some great music. We invite you to our white-toned home! It is just a five-minute walk to Juyeop Station, and with a bus stop right in front of the house, it is a transportation hub offering excellent connectivity and convenient access to both domestic and international airports.

Please contact us if you need to adjust these times (early check-in is subject to availability; late check-out incurs a fee of 10,000 KRW per hour). ☆ We will send the detailed address and room access code via message before 2:00 PM. ☆ Please note that the accommodation is set up for 3 guests; please contact us if you are adding more people. ☆ Personal toiletries and daily necessities are not provided. ☆ Indoor smoking is prohibited; a special cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Please use the designated smoking area on the ground floor. ☆ As this is a quiet residential complex, please refrain from excessive noise, loud shouting, or rowdy partying to avoid conflicts with neighbors. ☆ You are responsible for restoring the property to its original condition in the event of damage to items or the interior. ☆ This is a short-term rental property, not a hotel. Please return items to their original places and wash and tidy up any dishes you have used. ☆ Pets are not allowed.

All utility costs are included in the management fee; however, additional charges will be applied if there is excessive consumption of the included utilities (gas, electricity, water, winter heating, and hot water). In particular, usage of winter heating and hot water exceeding the base allowance will incur extra charges, so we kindly ask you to use them sparingly to help conserve energy.
I had such a comfortable, clean, and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely stay here again! It was close to public transport and other amenities, so the experience was far better than I expected. It was a comfortable place to stay, and the accessibility was excellent. The place was quite bright, so I ended up waking up earlier than intended, but overall, I was reasonably satisfied.
