This is a clean and comfortable room. The standard occupancy is 2 people. Please inquire about additional guests. There is a living room that can be separated from the bedroom; closing the door creates two separate rooms (please see photos). The bedroom features a separate walk-in closet. The Wi-Fi router has been replaced with a new one.
It is a 5-minute walk from Sungshin Women's University Station (Line 4). It is within a 5-minute walk of the Miarigogae bus stop.
The move-in process is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
Jeongneung Royal Tomb is a nearby historic site. Nearby universities include Sungshin Women's University, Korea University, Hansung University, Seokyeong University, Sungkyunkwan University, and Seoul National University College of Medicine. They are easily accessible via convenient transportation. Seoul National University Hospital and Korea University Hospital are located nearby. Transportation is also convenient for hospital visits. A convenience store is located nearby for easy access. Waste must be separated for recycling.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
The facilities were generally clean. Ventilation was a bit of an issue since it was a basement unit, but thanks to the air purifier and dehumidifier, I was comfortable during my stay.
